You’ll join a collaborative team where your daily work will include order management, handling disputes and queries, managing customer calls, and contributing to reporting and improvement projects. You’ll be working across teams and countries in our global network, helping us deliver the high level of service Arla is known for.
Working in our Customer Operations team in Gdańsk, you’ll be immersed in international processes and collaborate daily with colleagues from various departments and countries. This hands-on experience will deepen your understanding of how business functions in different cultural and operational contexts and how it all connects back to Denmark. It’s a unique opportunity to build global awareness, expand your professional network, and grow your career in an international setting.
You’ll be based in Trójmiasto, the Tri-City area of Gdańsk, Sopot, and Gdynia on Poland’s Baltic coast. It’s a place where you can enjoy a mix of city living and time by the sea. Weekends might mean walking along the beach in Sopot, exploring Gdańsk’s old town, or trying out new restaurants in Gdynia. It’s a lively but laid-back part of Poland with a strong international community, so it’s easy to meet people from all over the world and feel at home while building your career.
