Are you studying Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar at DTU, ITU or another
technical university – and do you still have at least 2 years left of your studies? Would you like to
gain real-life DevOps experience in a large, innovative R&D environment working on impactful
technologies? If yes, we would love to hear from you.
You’ll join a team of 7 experienced and curious DevOps engineers who work closely with R&D
teams across our organization. We are responsible for the tools and infrastructure that support the
development of our hearing aids – from build systems and automation scripts to CI/CD pipelines
and virtualized environments.
As a student assistant, you will support the team in automating, maintaining, and improving our
infrastructure. You’ll be given meaningful tasks with real impact, and your ideas will be valued.
You’ll work in a team that values experimentation and collaboration – we try things, sometimes fail,
and always learn together.
We offer a flexible student position where you’ll gain practical experience with modern DevOps
tools and practices. You’ll be part of a friendly and diverse team and have the opportunity to grow
your skills alongside your studies – while contributing to real projects used across our global R&D
organization.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2025, we offer eight different tracks; Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Global Business / Retail, Commercial Excellence, Audiology and IT. No matter which track you choose, the programme will lead you through a two-year journey. Depending on the track, you will have 3-4 different rotations lasting for 6-8 months each.
