We are a team of 8 specialists and project managers focused on upgrading the existing infrastructure to support the upcoming fully automated S-trains. Together, we work across multiple technical disciplines, ensuring a coordinated effort between DSB and Banedanmark.

About the job and your tasks

As an interface manager, you play a key role in ensuring seamless collaboration between systems, technologies, and organizations.

You identify and manage interfaces between the Future S-Network (FS) and today’s railway infrastructure, working to minimize conflicts and ensure all requirements are met.

We are actively developing and optimizing our interface processes, giving you the opportunity to contribute directly to shaping this development.

Your day might start with a review of the interface reports from the different projects to ensure that all identified interactions are properly documented. You will then facilitate a meeting with project managers and engineers to discuss new interfaces and requirements to be implemented.

After lunch, you will work with our Change Management process, where you ensure that all changes in FS's requirements are correctly registered and communicated to Banedanmark.

Before your day ends, you'll attend a workshop on technology integrations and follow up on the status of previous change requests.

Your primary tasks will be to

  • Identify and manage existing and new interfaces between FS and the conventional infrastructure.
  • Ensure effective management of requirements and documentation for interfaces in close collaboration with our stakeholders.
  • Contribute constructively to the Change Management process to ensure that changes and requirements are met.
  • Support the project managers to ensure efficient completion of our projects

What qualifications does the job require?

We are seeking someone who is passionate about processes and structures, takes responsibility in collaboration with project managers, and is skilled at ensuring follow-ups. You enjoy a position in which daily tasks can change, and you are often faced with new situations.

We expect you to

  • Hold an engineering degree or similar technical background and solid understanding of railway industry technologies.
  • Experience in managing requirements, interfaces, and technical dependencies in large projects.
  • Facilitate cooperation between specialists and project managers to promote alignment and teamwork across organizations while engaging stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly in English and Danish.
