At Demant we invite highly motivated Scrum Masters/Team Coaches (SM/TC) to join our Device Hardware department. In this role, you will empower agile teams of skilled engineers working within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Contribute your skills and experience to an environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the future of hardware development in collaboration with skilled professionals.
As one of our new SAFe® Scrum Masters/Team Coaches, your primary responsibilities will include encouraging collaboration, removing obstacles, and supporting your team in reaching the committed goals. Additionally, you will work closely with other Scrum Masters/Team Coaches and the Release Train Engineer to play a key role in SAFe® Program Increment (PI) Planning and execution.
Our Agile Teams specialize in various hardware domains, including chipsets, electronics, electro-acoustics, and mechanics. We are seeking multiple Scrum Masters/Team Coaches and having experience in some of these areas would be highly beneficial.
You will join a department of over 250 skilled engineers who are committed to ensuring you have a good start and are welcomed in a positive and supportive work environment. We share both office space and knowledge in Smørum, just outside Copenhagen.
We are looking for team-oriented Scrum Masters/Team Coaches with well-developed communication and collaboration abilities. You will be responsible for daily coaching of your SAFe® Agile team and working cross-functionally. You should thrive in a can-do environment that values freedom with responsibility.
You possess experience as a Scrum Master, Team Coach, or in an equivalent capacity. Furthermore, a solid understanding of some of the aforementioned hardware domains - acquired through academic training or practical experience - would be advantageous.
We offer a healthy and tasty canteen, free breakfast every morning, and 6 weeks of holiday.
