Are you a finance professional with a sharp mind, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for driving impactful finance and performance management projects? We are looking for a new Finance Manager to join our Financial Performance Management team within Supply Chain Finance.
As our new Finance Manager in Performance Management, your overall responsibility will be to drive financial excellence and support strategic decision-making. A key part of your role will be to facilitate and guide the finance community in building strong and aligned financial processes across markets, with a particular focus on Logistics finance.
You will be expected to lead the development and improvement of performance management and financial forecasting processes. You will also be responsible for delivering sharp, ad-hoc financial analyses that support timely and effective decisions. In addition, you will act as a trusted finance business partner to the Logistics Center of Excellence, contributing actively to the efficiency agenda and helping to shape the financial direction of the organization.
We imagine that the ideal candidate has a solid background in finance, with experience in areas such as financial forecasting, finance business partnering, project management, or performance management.
You are confident working across functions and enjoy driving projects with multiple stakeholders. You have a proactive and analytical mindset, and you’re motivated by delivering results and improving processes. You take ownership of your work and thrive in a dynamic environment where change is part of the journey. You are a strong communicator who builds trust and collaboration, and you bring positive energy and a solution-oriented approach to the team. Experience with project management is a clear advantage, and you enjoy solving complex challenges in close cooperation with others.
