Finance Business Partner, International Performance Management - Viby

How you will make an impact

You will become part of the International Finance team in Viby, where collaboration is key to success. Reporting to the Vice President of International Finance, this is a great opportunity to become close to decision-making. As Finance Business Partner, you will operate across many levels of our global organisation and act as a key sparring partner for the International Finance Leadership Team (IFLT), which is located in our business regions around the world. In this role you will support decision-making processes to improve our business performance. In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will:

• Secure planning of our forecasting processes and help management have the right fact-based discussions during the forecasting process
• Take lead on the financial part of core annual processes like direction setting, marketing allocation and business planning – in close cooperation with Commercial Operations and Group Finance
• Be Finance Business Partner for our Commercial Operations team (incl. Foodservice) to support the category performance dialogue through short-, medium- and long-term analytics
• Support a clear and fact-based performance management dialogue based on a strong data foundation
• Take ownership of and participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives related to the finance area in Arla Foods

And as a true relationship builder, you are capable of balancing networking with a clear focus on execution and progress on our operational agendas. The ideal candidate has:

• 3-5 years of finance experience from a commercially driven business environment
• A finance degree at Master’s level
• Solid financial and business analytical skills in combination with an in-depth knowledge of financial as well as operational value drivers and KPIs
• A well-developed commercial mindset and a strong ability to link financial analysis with commercial, operational and strategic business implications
• A firm toolbox on communication, presentation and spreadsheet modelling
• A strong appetite for working in an international business environment
