We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team and play a pivotal role in supporting, monitoring, and maintaining our Data Platform. You will directly impact our data operations and ensure that our platform runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our sustainability agenda. By leveraging the power of data, you will be part of directly impacting farmers and contributing to the creation of innovative, data-driven solutions that promote sustainable and digital dairy farming.
In our Agriculture, Sustainability, Communication (ASC) agile release train, we build the data integrations and platforms between our main systems inside our team, from other teams or with external data providers and consumers. We are on a bigger and exciting journey within our area, and you will find more like-minded people in our organization.
The SRE team is ensuring that the solutions built inside our department (Agriculture, Sustainability and Communication IT) by the development teams are reliable, scalable and efficient.
As a Data Engineer focused on the Data Platform reliability, you will work with complex systems and a variety of operational tasks. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
You will also work closely with the other Data Engineers in the department both from the SRE team but also in the development teams, Support Specialists in the team, DevOps Engineers and Data Architects to ensure the platform meets performance and availability goals, to maintain the systems reliability and resilience.
