Our headquarter is located in Viby, Aarhus. You will join our People and Culture, Projects and learning team, consisting of 6 colleagues. Our responsibilities include e.g. learning and development, leadership development, talent management, employer branding and, as a new and high priority, internal communication in AFI.
We are looking for an Internal Communication Manager with solid experience working within strategic change- and leadership communication. You will shape our internal communication agenda (in close collaboration with the Internal Communications team in Arla) and work as a close sparring partner to top management in AFI, helping to develop, structure and implement internal communication solutions that will support our ambitious growth strategy.
You will be part of Arla’s Internal Communications community, giving you access to valuable knowledge-sharing, collaboration and professional development opportunities.
You are a driven team player with a proven track record in a similar internal communication position. You thrive in fast-paced, complex environments and are motivated by the opportunity to make a real impact. As this is a new role in People and Culture we are looking for a colleague that is motivated by building the foundation for your own role and skilled at setting your own agenda. Further, you are not afraid to take lead, challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the table.
