Smørum
Are you a purpose driven leader with a genuine vision and a commitment to improve the lives of millions of people worldwide? Are you passionate about leading people in the field of electro-acoustics and hearing instruments, and do you thrive in an agile, multidisciplinary environment? Join our team and help us improve the quality of life for millions of people worldwide.
As the Electro-Acoustics Line Manager, you will lead people in our agile setup and competence development within the electro-acoustic domain. We are a team of 10+ engineers and specialists with different areas of expertise, backgrounds, and experience, all with a common goal to push the technological boundaries just a little bit every day to, in the end, create products that will help people.
The team is part of Device Hardware within our R&D department. One aspect our colleagues really appreciate is that the entire product development cycle happens in-house. If you have a question, you can simply walk a few steps and speak directly to the person - we’re all under the same roof.
The position is based at our headquarters in Smørum just outside Copenhagen.
As a key member of our agile delivery organization, you will help foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and strong team engagement.
You have an engineering degree with relevant domain knowledge in electro-acoustics or a related field, and you have line management experience, preferably in medical devices, consumer electronics, or similar industries.
Because we are transitioning into working in the SAFe framework and will be fully implemented in 2025, experience with agile development is a parameter we will look for in your experience.
Some of the leadership values we are looking for are empathy, openness, and honesty and a proven ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams.
You should expect 10-15 travel days.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by helping guide and transform our electro-acoustic engineering group to meet the challenges of tomorrow. You’ll grow professionally by applying and expanding your leadership skills within an R&D organization that brings together some of the most talented professionals in the field.
We place emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance, encouraging you to recharge and enjoy time with family, friends, and personal interests. Above all, we’re committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment where all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Please send your CV and motivational letter as soon as possible, as we are screening applications on a continuous basis. Deadline for applications: 6th of August. Please note that we only accept applications through our online recruitment system.
