Du træder ind i det ene af vores 2 kundeservice teams i Snedsted med 12 kundeservicekolleger, der er blandet mellem fastansatte og studentermedhjælpere. Du vil blive en del af et sammentømret team, der værdsætter humor og hygge med kollegerne. Vi tror på, at et godt arbejdsmiljø med plads til smil og latter skaber de bedste forudsætninger for at yde en fremragende kundeservice. Samtidig er vi fagligt fokuserede og engagerer os i at levere den højeste kvalitet i vores arbejde.

An interview process typically includes two interviews. The first interview is attended by one of our talent acquisition consultant and either a personnel manager, project manager or employee who knows your prospective job area well. The second interview always involves the personnel manager and the recruiting specialist.
It is very important to us that you get a good start at Oticon. And it is also important to us that as a new employee, you gain a broad understanding of our company and its culture as quickly as possible. Therefore we have designed a mentor programme and introduction programme to help you settle into your new position.
