In Global Custom Operation we ensure the best utilization of our Custom Production and Service Sites to ensure capacity & capabilities meets evolving market demands.
The role will be placed in Business Process Management & BI. We develop custom business and service processes through close collaboration and integration with our Central Operation, Wholesale and Retail business, to optimize the customer experience and cost of handling in the end-to-end value chain.
We are seeking a Business Process Manager, to lead the design, optimization and implementation of end-to-end processes related to custom-made hearing aids, aftersales service, and product returns.

In this role you will be working on multiple projects at the same time and with stakeholders on all levels in the organization, from Production Operators to General Managers.

This role includes significant international travel, and you can expect 40+ days of travel per year, with the potential for longer on-site stays during key project phases. Your daily basis is in Smørum, Denmark at our headquarters.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2025, we offer eight different tracks; Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Global Business / Retail, Commercial Excellence, Audiology and IT. No matter which track you choose, the programme will lead you through a two-year journey. Depending on the track, you will have 3-4 different rotations lasting for 6-8 months each.
