As a Designer, you’ll be part of our design team in Teamsport & Pro Club– a group of approximately 25 dedicated colleagues with diverse backgrounds within design, product development, buying and technicians. We’re the team that has the most fun – and we prefer to play on the offensive! To us, it’s about taking initiative, supporting each other, and celebrating both the small and big victories. We are team where everyone has a hands-on approach, helps out wherever needed and works towards a common goal.

More About the Role and Responsibilities

As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating club specific products (full selection of match kits, training- and travel wear and merchandise). You will develop the club collection identity, produce CADs and play an important part in all the following steps of the product development process. Therefore, good graphic skills, flair for storytelling, and general knowledge of the product development-flow are essential.

In your everyday work you will:

  • Design and present seasonal club wear
  • Make graphic design based on club brief
  • Design CADs, including overviews, Specs and artworks
  • Create small seasonal capsules for the clubs
  • Competitor analysis in terms of design and trends
  • Go on inspiration travel / meetings with clubs across Europe
  • Participate in fitting sessions
  • Approve and comment on artworks, labdips, trims and samples
  • Be in contact with clubs, account managers and marketing

How to Make the Team

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about their field and a true team player. You take ownership, thrive in collaboration, and are curious about how we can continuously improve – together. As our team is a small team, it is important that you are not afraid to help your colleagues with all sorts of challenges the team may face. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects, where priorities can change and adaptability is key.

To succeed in this role, we expect that you:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience within the clothing industry and are ready to expand your knowledge and experience
  • You have a relevant design degree within apparel design
  • You are a skilled user of Adobe Illustrator and might have some AI Knowledge
  • You have a knowledge of materials and are sure of your material choices
  • You are passionate about sports – perhaps you play sports yourself
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English. Danish or German is a plus
