If this sounds like you, then you could be our new Senior Project Manager, Hearing Systems Quality at Demant.
The team is part of Global Quality and ensures and facilitates new product launches for Oticon, Philips Hearing Solutions and Bernafon.
You will be of the Program Management Team that will drive development, production and market release of the world’s most advanced hearing systems.
During your work you will interact with an international and colorful team of very skilled, energic, creative and collaborative people from areas like Quality, R&D, Marketing and Operations.
You will ensure the high quality and compliance level that our products are known for. You will lead a highly engaged project team including technical and regulatory specialists and enjoy a close collaboration with other project managers.
The team activities include reliability test and verification, risk management, medical device classification, local product registration, safety & radio approval, perceived quality & system quality assurance.
We are currently introducing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) for development activities, and you will be part of ensuring efficient integration of deliveries from the team.
Your base will be in our nice HQ in Smørum, and you will have a lot of freedom to plan your own work while aligning with your project teams and colleagues in Quality.
You have relevant education in engineering/science and years of experience with focus on product development, product quality, and compliance. You have knowledge in areas like software, electronics, mechanics, and production technology and years of experience as a successful project manager – preferable from a company in the medical device industry or another highly regulated industry.
You have a positive mindset, enjoy driving great projects forward, you are a team player, take a systematic approach, handles turbulence and complex challenges, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2025, we offer eight different tracks; Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Global Business / Retail, Commercial Excellence, Audiology and IT. No matter which track you choose, the programme will lead you through a two-year journey. Depending on the track, you will have 3-4 different rotations lasting for 6-8 months each.
