Senior Specialist - Information Security IT Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery

How you will make an impact

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of continuity plans.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Perform business impact analyses to determine the effect of disruptions on critical business functions.
• Organize and lead regular disaster recovery and business continuity tests and drills.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff are prepared for potential disruptions.
• Collect and maintain data needed to meet system cybersecurity reporting
• Communicate the value of information technology (IT) security throughout all levels of the organization stakeholders.

What will make you successful

• Master’s degree within IT or other relevant area
• More than 3 years' experience with security concepts working with IT Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery in a large enterprise
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify risks and devise effective continuity strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate plans, policies, and procedures to stakeholders.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in risk assessments, impact analyses, and plan documentation.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and remain composed during crisis situations.
