Digital Logistics Manager, Strategic Warehouse CoE

You’ll join our international team to drive digitalisation in logistics, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Europe to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. Together, we’re shaping the future of our digital Supply Chain.

How you will make an impact

As Digital Logistics Manager, you will lead the digital transformation of Arla’s Supply Chain. You’ll design and implement digital strategies, drive key projects, and ensure best-in-class logistics operations from production to store in close partnership with stakeholders across our organization.

• Design a digitalisation roadmap within Logistics and identify new opportunities and technologies in collaboration with the Logistics CoE.
• Lead digital projects from idea to scalable implementation within Logistics and Production.
• Enable sites across Europe to improve efficiencies and ways of working.
• Serve as a key sparring partner with markets, focusing on future digital solutions.
• Present project outcomes and initiatives to senior stakeholders in an international environment.

You will be based in our Headquarter in Denmark, Viby J and report to the Head of Strategic Warehouse CoE.

What will make you successful

We are looking for a candidate with:

• A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, business economics, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years’ experience within Supply Chain, with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of production and logistics processes.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to digitalisation trends and technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities and the confidence to communicate across all levels.
• Fluency in English and the willingness to travel 10-12 days per year.
