As part of our strategic transformation journey, the DFO project is a major ERP initiative to replace legacy systems with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365F&SCM), aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and global scalability. You will join a global, diverse and agile team spanning Denmark, Poland, and beyond, working collaboratively across time zones to roll out and continuously improve our global ERP template. As a Functional Consultant, you’ll connect business needs with ERP capabilities—advising stakeholders, streamlining processes, and ensuring a successful rollout of our cloud-based ERP.
As a Functional Consultant in Wholesale Solutions, you will play a leading role in shaping and delivering ERP capabilities that support our long-term business ambitions. You will bridge the gap between business needs and ERP solutions, guiding stakeholders in leveraging our global D365F&SCM template and best-practice processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving process optimization, mentoring peers, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex initiatives.
You will primarily work within MS D365F&SCM Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, and Finance. Furthermore, you will be focusing on solution usability, understanding the requirements, and delivering best in class solutions. You can generate new ideas that will provide good user experience. It is natural for you to understand and document business/user requirements including integration requirements cross ERP and several legacy systems and 3rd party solutions.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2025, we offer eight different tracks; Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Global Business / Retail, Commercial Excellence, Audiology and IT. No matter which track you choose, the programme will lead you through a two-year journey. Depending on the track, you will have 3-4 different rotations lasting for 6-8 months each.
