Strategic Leadership with Global Impact

As Senior Director, you will be leading Oticon Brand Management team and be a core member of the Brand Management Leadership Team handling a multi-brand portfolio. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Oticon brand. You will ensure our brand experience and product positioning remain competitive, relevant, and impactful.
In close collaboration with global stakeholders, you will work to strengthen Oticon’s market presence, respond to emerging trends, and identify new opportunities for growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team and set the standards for the Oticon Brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Craft and lead the global Oticon brand strategy, aligned with the broader brand portfolio and commercial goals.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure product launches and support solutions to maximize market impact.
  • Develop and execute a global marketing strategy for the Oticon brand, in close coordination with commercial colleagues and leads of our other brands.
  • Champion the voice of the customer - leveraging insights and an “outside-in” approach to drive a seamless user and customer journey.
  • Representing Oticon in strategic forums and guide the development of campaigns and new brand concepts.
  • Establish and lead a diverse Oticon Brand Management team committed to engagement, alignment of goals, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Part of a Global Organization

You will collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance the Oticon brand experience in a multi-brand organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team and set standards for the Oticon brand team. You will report to Vice President, Global Brand Management, and the position is located at our Head Office in Smørum. You should expect up to approx. 20 days of travelling each year.

What are we looking for:

We are looking for an experienced leader who has effectively developed brand strategies and executed them internationally, with robust commercial insight. You have acquired a solid communication toolbox along the way which enables you to maneuver on all levels in the organization.

  • Experience: 5+ years of leadership in an international matrix organization. Experience in creating effective brand positioning and differentiation – from strategy to execution.

  • Stakeholder Management: Effective manage stakeholders in complex organizational structures.

  • Communications skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), the company’s working language.

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
