You will join our global team and play an important role in advancing our sustainability agenda in Arla. By leveraging the power of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, you will be directly impacting farmers and contributing to the creation of innovative, data-driven solutions that promote sustainable dairy farming.

How you will make an impact

You will be working with development on the Salesforce platform across multiple clouds, namely Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and developers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. You will join ASC (Agriculture, Sustainability & Communication) Agile Release Train, where you will take part in securing implementation of digital initiatives in relation to our business area by:

  • Developing robust applications using your Salesforce toolbox, including Apex, LWC, Flows, CI/CD
  • Managing and mitigate technical debt
  • Staying updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features and industry best practices and apply and guide the teams
  • Playing a key role in designing and establishing coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for development

As you will join a global team, the position can be located at the Headquarter in Aarhus, Denmark or at our IT office in Gdansk, Poland.

Professionally it is an advantage if you are familiar with Salesforce best practices and have the ability to pass on your insights working within Salesforce, but we are also open for candidates wanting to switch to Salesforce from other technologies. Further, the ideal candidate has:

  • Preferably with a technical education background
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Curious on technology and self-driven on learning
  • Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding
