At Demant, we’re on a mission to redefine what’s possible in hearing healthcare and connectivity. As we expand our Hardware Platform and Connectivity projects, we’re looking for a Technical Documentation Specialist to join our experienced and supportive team.
In this newly created position at our headquarter in Smørum, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and timely release of technical documentation and product data across the development and production lifecycle. You’ll support our Electronics Product Data Management (PDM) efforts and help shape the future of how we manage and deliver data.

You’ll report to Anna Ogonowska, Manager of PDM, known for her supportive and empowering leadership style.
You’ll join a diverse and experienced team of six, where collaboration, openness, and mutual support are at the heart of everything we do. Your closest colleague will guide you through a thorough onboarding process to help you become proficient in your role.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2025, we offer eight different tracks; Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Global Business / Retail, Commercial Excellence, Audiology and IT.
