Drive Strategic IT Architecture and Digital Transformation in a Global Enterprise.
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to guide the transformation of infrastructure, enterprise platforms, security and cross-functional IT architecture across a global organization. Joining us, you will be developing the digital solutions across Demant, ensuring that our solutions are fir for purpose by incorporating the latest technologies, focusing on innovation and leveraging AI and other contemporary solutions.
In this role, you will act as the anchor point for IT architecture across multiple domains, ensuring coherence, synergy, and business alignment, enhancing business processes with innovative, scalable solutions. You’ll work closely with domain architects, IT leadership, and business stakeholders and provide architectural direction, designing and developing enterprise-wide architecture.
You will be part of the Enterprise Architecture team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Architecture & Data Governance Management. Daily you will be and will be serving as the Enterprise Architect in our EPIS organisation (Enterprise Platforms, Infrastructure, and Security)

We will begin to invite candidates for interviews after the application deadline. The first-round interviews are scheduled for the 4th, 6th, 10th and 11th of June. You can expect the final round of interviews to be held around the 16th and 17th of June. Our ambition is to have a person starting in the role after the summer holidays in the beginning or middle of August.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2025, we offer eight different tracks; Quality Engineering, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Global Business / Retail, Commercial Excellence, Audiology and IT. No matter which track you choose, the programme will lead you through a two-year journey. Depending on the track, you will have 3-4 different rotations lasting for 6-8 months each.
