How you will make an impact

Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) is a global leader in improving premium nutrition. We are an independent company within the Arla Foods Group, consisting of a 2000 colleagues globally. Our headquarter is located in Viby, Aarhus. You will join our People and Culture organisation as part of the Projects and Learning Team, consisting of 4 colleagues. Our areas of responsibility cover learning and development, leadership development, talent management, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and culture; and in all of this our most important job is to deliver value to our business and support our business strategy.

We are looking for a new Learning Partner with solid experience in building competences across different functional areas, who thrives in the role as sparring partner in structuring an designing learning processes, and who will take lead on creating a learning strategy for AFI. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement an effective learning strategy that will support our business strategy
  • Identify and drive associated learning projects across functional areas within AFI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and develop learning needs and design tailored programs.
  • Standardize and conceptualize training programs or processes where needed.
  • Raise awareness of existing competence development solutions and implement them within AFI together with People & Culture colleagues from AFI and Arla Foods.
  • Promote a learning mindset and culture across AFI’s organisation.

As we are collaborative by nature, you will support your colleagues in People & Culture on various projects when needed.

Who are you?

You have a positive mindset and proactively look for solutions and opportunities for improvement. You have a strong business understanding, are attentive to details and you have a sense of responsibility both towards your own and the teams’ tasks.

We also expect that you have:

  • A proven track record of designing and implementing learning initiatives that support business strategies.
  • A strong understanding of Learning & Development principles and how to design impactful learning initiatives.
  • Knowledge of and interest in digital learning tools and methods. experience in engaging with stakeholders across an international organisation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to get all employees onboard.

You are skilled in project management to drive progress and ensure delivery of learning solutions, and you enjoy working independently, setting the direction within your area of expertise.

Finally, you communicate effortlessly in English and Danish.
