Our headquarter is located in Viby, Aarhus. You will join our People and Culture organisation as part of the Projects and Learning Team, consisting of 4 colleagues. Our areas of responsibility cover learning and development, leadership development, talent management, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and culture; and in all of this our most important job is to deliver value to our business and support our business strategy.
We are looking for a new Learning Partner with solid experience in building competences across different functional areas, who thrives in the role as sparring partner in structuring an designing learning processes, and who will take lead on creating a learning strategy for AFI. Your responsibilities will include:

You are skilled in project management to drive progress and ensure delivery of learning solutions, and you enjoy working independently, setting the direction within your area of expertise.
Finally, you communicate effortlessly in English and Danish.
