Role Overview

We have the perfect opportunity for you as a Student Assistant to support our Campaign Managers and the greater Oticon Brand team, including the Oticon Audiology department. You will play a crucial role in building the Oticon brand and advancing the business by assisting in and supporting the development of impactful marketing activities and campaigns worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.
  • Familiarisation with and support of activities related to our Go-to-Market process and marketing roadmap.
  • Act as a brand champion internally in terms of compliance with our brand guidelines as used in brand deliveries
  • Team and manager supporting tasks, such as gift collections, supply ordering, and team event planning
  • Ad-hoc support for team members on their activities. Could be literature searches, image search and upload, reviewing/proof-reading documents for correctness, data entry or simple data analysis, managing spelling lists
  • Provide support for the Brand Portal, including administrative tasks and ensuring ongoing updates.
  • Maintain rights overviews for images, videos, models, and music, ensuring contracts with vendors are in place.
  • Support PR and advertising projects, including updating the PR mailing list.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant university program (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communication).
  • Proficient organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with self-direction and as part of a team.
  • Interest in marketing and brand management is a plus.
  • Curiosity towards using AI tools in ways of working
