The Team

As a student worker in FP&A, you’ll become part of our Group Finance team, which consists of approximately 20 dedicated colleagues with diverse backgrounds in Finance. In our day-to-day work, we value a positive atmosphere and good humor. What You’ll Do

As a Student Worker in our FP&A team, you’ll get hands-on experience with the core of financial planning and performance management. You’ll support and learn from a skilled team of finance professionals and take on tasks that make a real difference:

• Assist with periodic performance reporting and ad-hoc financial analysis
• Help analyze key business KPIs and trends across departments and markets
• Develop reporting tools that support decision-making
• Take part in the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Contribute to the ongoing development of our performance management model

You’ll be exposed to the rhythm of a fast-growing brand and the real-world tools of modern FP&A, including Power BI and advanced Excel.

Who You Are

• You’re a bachelor or master’s student in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• You can work 15–20 hours per week – with flexibility around exams
• You speak and write English fluently
• You’re analytical, curious, and confident working with numbers
• You’re a self-starter with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
• You’re excited about growing your skills and taking responsibility
