How you will make an impact

As a Senior Regulatory Writer, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating regulatory approval relevant activities and projects, including but not limited to authoring, reviewing and coordinating regulatory documentations for approval applications on AFI’s products to gain market access. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality documentations that meets global regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Guiding the right study packages for regulatory approvals across the globe.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across functions to ensure the right documentations for submissions and succeed in regulatory approvals for market access of AFI products.
• Authoring, reviewing and approving regulatory submission documents for the market access of AFI products.
• Reviewing and screening scientific literatures for regulatory documentations.
• Coordinating and preparing responses to relevant authorities across the globe related to the submissions in collaboration with internal and external experts.

How you will be successful

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, independent and detail-oriented person who has experience working with either food ingredients or dairy. Either way, you have a passion for developing into a regulatory writer with the capabilities to drive AFI regulatory agenda and a passion for learning more about our whey protein based products.

You have a deep business understanding for the full value chain in a food company, a global mindset and the capabilities to take our services and support to the next level. You know that clear and concise communication is an important key to success. Additionally, it is important that you have solid interpersonal skills and the power to interact with authorities and decision makers.

Furthermore, we imagine:

• You hold a PhD degree in food science, natural science, or a similar field within food safety and technology.
• You are structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
• You have min. 3 years of experience working in a regulatory environment or product development, preferrable working with dairy ingredients.
• You have strong expertise in regulatory writing
• You are fluent in English, both in speak and writing.
