We have worked intensively with Lean and come far. We are still in the process of maturing the use of Lean in our organization and want to develop further.
Your overall responsibility is to drive the development of the Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS) across the Demant Hearing Aid, Global Operations value chain.

Co-lead a global community of GMS Partners, who each are responsible for a line function or site. You will be accountable for the strategy and facilitate the continuous implementation by inspiring and coaching the GMS professionals across Demant Hearing Aid Operations incl. wholesale.
Your primarily location is Smørum, but you can expect 30-40 travel days a year for exciting places such as Mexico, Australia, USA, and Poland.

You will join the GMS team, which holds two positions in Denmark. Your sidekick has been part of the Global Operations Lean journey from the very beginning and will a be close colleague and sparring partner to you on the continued GMS transformation.
The GMS team is anchored in Team Continuous Improvement. This is an international team specialized in GMS, Project Management, Resilience and Aftersales characterized by high ambitions, informal atmosphere, and core capability of creating followership.
We expect you to have +5 years of experience with Lean transformations from a large production company, where you have used various tools such as Daily Management, problem solving, Kaizen events, and polity deployment.
It is a requirement you have experience in either supply chain management or manufacturing. You have a good understanding of medical devise manufacturing processes and admin processes to identify improvement potential.
You have a strategic mindset and are used to working with facilitation and change management to transform line managers into ambassadors. You take pride in achieving measurable results in process improvement, business results and people’s mindset. You have a natural authority which makes people want to follow your guidance. You thrive in an environment that allows for individual initiative. And you are a brilliant door opener moving around the organization doing stakeholder management.
