You will be a part of the Explorative Test Team (EXTeam) in Product Quality. You may also call us the S.W.A.T. Team. We like to see ourselves like that.
We make 360° review of the products making crazy tests of the usability. We don’t follow any list. We use our imagination thinking of the end-user all the time.
You will work with the newest devices on the market; phones, tablets, etc. together with released and unreleased hearing aids. How you did the testing yesterday may not be how you test tomorrow. This is indeed a “think out of the box job”.
We are present 2 Student Helpers and 3 Product Quality Engineers still in their early career. Together we brainstorm new ideas to avoid bias. We can be quite creative. Fun is our keyword, however serious is our approach.
You will be involved in both hardware, software, and usability tests. - You find flaws that others can’t!

As product expert you are the to-go-to person for many different functions, which requires that you can communicate on many levels and in English.
Your closest stakeholders are Product Quality and R&D, who you will help understand the problems by showing them. You will also interact with Directors and Vice Presidents who for instance want to know what impact a product launce will have on the market. You will have contact with Marketing regarding the preparation of communication materials, which you will review.
We expect you to plan and organize your own tasks, but we will be right by your side to assist you in developing new skills and support you where needed.
To begin this position will be a year maternity cover, but there is a strong possibility to continue as permanent after.
You will be working from our headquarters in Smørum – close to the Kildedal S-train station. You will have the opportunity to work from home up to two days a week.

You have a degree in Engineering with a focus on product design, software technology or usability. Either you are newly graduated or have a couple of years of experience.
You understand how humans interact with technology, emphasizing a great user experience.
If you have experience with or knowledge of MATLAB and wireless testing (Bluetooth), it will be an extra add on.
You are an excellent people person who interacts and communicates easily with different kinds of people. You are fluent in English verbally and written.
You work precisely and systematically and are very disciplined and result oriented.
