You know your journey maps!

Your educational background is not important to us. What is more important is your experience and who you are as a person.

You have built, maintained, and updated journey maps in a complex context before, and made them usea-ble for decision making and prioritization of initiatives and projects. From time to time you will carry out research on your own, most likely applying a qualitative approach.

Adding to your good business understanding is your holistic and anthropologic view on how to understand and improve the customer experience.

You should be able to take a helicopter perspective, and at the same time have an excellent understanding of detail.

And you are curious. You love diving into mappings, design thinking and to acquire new knowledge. And to share your findings through workshops and strategy sessions.

Join our team!

Apart from working together with very enthusiastic colleagues you will experience that we have great focus on your competence development, the department’s professional skills and in work-life balance.

Please send your CV and motivation letter by 6th of May latest. We will conduct interviews as we get the applications.
