As we are expanding, we are seeking an additional Paralegal to our department. You will become part of the Danish Group Legal & Compliance team in the global Group Legal & Compliance function consisting of more than 50 skilled professionals around the world, including Denmark, France, Poland, Australia, Canada, and USA, who are all committed to contribute the business advancement.
The close-knit legal team in Denmark consists of 23 highly skilled professionals. We have a great team spirit and working environment. The Danish paralegal team supports stakeholders within Group Legal & Compliance and the Demant headquarters as well as Demant’s global subsidiaries
As Paralegal, you will work closely with our Senior Paralegal, and you will be interacting directly with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will report to the Senior Vice President, Group General Counsel and be situated in Demant’s headquarters in Smørum, Denmark.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2023, we offer seven different tracks: Finance, Global Business, Commercial Excellence, Audiology, IT, Operations, and Legal. No matter which track you choose, the programme will lead you through a two-year journey. Depending on the track, you will have 3-4 different rotations lasting for 6-8 months each.
