You will be referring to the Head of ESG Reporting. ESG Reporting is part of Group Financial Reporting & Compliance, which consists of 12 highly competent colleagues divided into four other teams in addition to ESG Reporting: Reporting & Consolidation, Technical accounting and M&A, Financial Compliance and Finance Processes.
Our headquarters is in Smørum, which will be your primary work location.
We have a work-life balance. This also goes for this position.
You should expect 10-20 travel days yearly.

Working across the Demant Group you will establish close collaboration, communication, and proactive engagement with the different departments in various countries to ensure proper processes and procedures for capturing accurate and credible ESG data.
We need you to contribute to the development of the ESG reporting and controlling processes and setup – amongst others – building a robust reporting processes procedures for collecting, validating, and controlling of ESG data, as well as preparing consolidated data and reporting.
In your daily life you will navigate in new regulatory requirements and stay updated on subsequent amendments. You will be working with external auditors and engage in close dialogues with our Corporate Communications & Sustainability team as well to other internal stakeholders.
You hold an MSc. in Accounting, Auditing or Finance and come with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience from a similar position in a NASDAQ/large/medium international company or as an Auditor/Consultant. Experience within ESG is experience within ESG is not mandatory.
Your interpersonal skills are just as important as your professional skills. This means you like to solve problems. You work team oriented as well as independently. You take responsibility and have a high level of integrity and diligence in your work. You are used to working with many different internal stakeholders.

For the programme starting on 1st September 2023, we offer seven different tracks: Finance, Global Business, Commercial Excellence, Audiology, IT, Operations, and Legal.
