Your background

  • Master's degree or equivalent.
  • Some knowledge and experience in best practice change management techniques, methodology and tools.
  • Knowledge of business models, lean methodologies and implementation tools and techniques is an advantage.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English.

Activities

As Change Management Specialist in the Business Transformation department, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in supporting managers in embedding a change dimension in their initiatives whether organization, processes, ways of working, behavior, or culture. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in applying structured change management methodology to new and continuous improvement initiatives as well as to business process changes. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when assessing expected impact, need for communication and training as part of business changes and integrates into change management plans.

Overall, you have the responsibility of providing project managers and business process owners with change management advice, sparring and coaching helping them to integrate change into their project plans. You are the one to identify potential resistance to change and suggest mitigating action to ensure better employee adoption. Finally, you are responsible for coordinating change management planning and execution of business changes and working closely with HR and TCS Communications in the implementation.
