What you will be doing
We are expanding our team with an International Business Manager for inline process solutions within our Grain, Oilseed, Milling and Feed market segments. You will be supporting FOSS global sales organization in our efforts to promote and sell our process solutions. We are looking for a person that can act as an industry expert, and the role includes being a partner and consultant for both customers, partners and internal stakeholders. You will be working for the global sales organization and be reporting to the Director of Key Accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the local sales teams around the world in qualifying opportunities and closing orders as the industry expert
- Setting up partnerships, align with and supporting third party integration partners
- Understanding and mapping customers' businesses and processes, and helping them improve their operations and profitability
- Defining the strategy for FOSS within process solutions for the Grain, Oilseed, Milling and Feed market and aligning with FOSS Business Unit management
- Training the sales organization and contribute to creating sales material, best practices and profit improvement proposals

We expect to see you bring:
- Hands-on process experience in at least one of your four segments. Ideally 3+ years in production, process or technology roles in flour milling, grain handling, oilseed or compound feed
- The ability to turn measurements into money. You must understand how moisture, protein, fat and ash drive yield, energy use, giveaway and product quality
- Good communication skills and ability to consult with senior decision-makers. You should be able to run plant audits and workshops with HQ technical directors and speak equally well to the plant manager and the head of operations
- Takes full ownership of agreed tasks and outcomes, from start to finish. Works independently, keeps going when things get difficult, and delivers what was agreed, on time and at the agreed quality
Additionally, it would be advantageous if you:
- Have capital sales experience with proven success
- MSc or BSc in food, chemical, process or agricultural engineering, or in cereal science, oilseed technology or feed technology
- Understands how process NIR works in an industrial plant, from measurement to control
- Experience with analytical instruments used for process control
This role is intended to be based in Denmark at our Innovation Center in Hillerød, but we welcome applicants from other countries if the profile is correct. The role is global, with up to 40–60% travel expected.
