What unites us is our passion for what we do. We are passionate about bringing sustainable change that will last far into the future. Passionate about reducing our carbon footprint - even though it is already among the lowest in the industry, and we are passionate about proving that solar power is the energy source of the future.
To reach our ambitious goals, we focus on a continued commitment to create change, and a commitment to remain true to our mission and our values.
Our 360 degree sustainability concept is at the heart of our company and our business model. Building green and sustainable energy parks should not just make sense to us as a company. It should benefit society as a whole, the environment and the climate. It should also consider safety and security measures, biodiversity, sustainable agricultural production, ground water reserves, neighbours, and local communities. Not to mention every future generation.
When it comes to diversity, not only do we make sure to support and even further biodiversity in the communities where we develop and build our energy parks. We are also committed to a diverse and safe work environment, and we hire people of all ages, genders, and nationalities to foster a culture of tolerance, inclusion, and mutual respect.
We believe that our differences are what make us stronger, and as a multi-national organisation, we strive to accommodate all our employees, no matter cultural or religious preferences.
At BeGreen, we’re a focused and dedicated team working together to accelerate the green transition. With around 60 colleagues based in our Copenhagen office – and out in the field – we’re small enough to know each other and big enough to make a real difference.
Here, trust isn’t earned over years – it’s given from day one. We believe in hiring great people and letting them do what they’re great at. That means you’ll be given real responsibility, the freedom to shape your role, and the support to grow with it.
We work in a flat, informal structure where decisions are made close to where the action happens – and where your input is not just welcomed but expected. Whether you’re managing complex processes or diving into the details of a single task, you’ll be trusted to make a difference.
It should always be a safe and pleasant experience to work at BeGreen. No matter the time or place, we have a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe working conditions, whether they be of a physical or psychological nature, and even the most minor of incidents are taken very seriously.
As we trust our employees to be the best BeGreen-ambassadors out there, we must also be trusted to take the wellbeing of our employees to heart.
