As part of our commitment to nurturing talent and fostering excellence, we are excited to announce our Graduate Program, designed to provide an immersive experience for aspiring professionals who are passionate about both mechanical engineering and commercial business.
Our Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for candidates with diverse backgrounds to gain a well-rounded experience in our organization. The program spans a duration of 24 months, divided into four rotations of six months each. This structure ensures that participants gain a comprehensive understanding of both mechanical engineering and commercial aspects of our business.
We are seeking candidates who have or will graduate either in 2026 or in 2027, and who meet the following criteria:
Candidates with a mechanical engineering background who possess a strong interest in commercial business and project management.
Candidates with a commercial/business-oriented Engineering background who are keen to explore the world of mechanical engineering.
Our recruitment process is designed to identify and nurture potential talent. We believe in comprehensive evaluation, from video interviews and cognitive assessments to in-depth interviews and real-world business case evaluations during the Assessment Day, ensuring we welcome the best fit for our Graduate Program.

At Gram Equipment, I have shaped the company's direction and the projects related to it. I have had the chance to choose the projects that interested me. Many of the things I have learned in my studies, I have been able to apply to what I am doing at Gram Equipment, from engineering work to business understanding. I am actively involved in the strategy work, engineering practices and various digitalization tools. I use a lot of theoretical knowledge that I have acquired in my Engineering studies in relation to my daily work. My business background helped me understand how the business is working, and because the company foundation is at the technical aspect, my background has helped me identify its strengths and weaknesses very fast.
