DSV's acquisition of Schenker has expanded the scale and reach of our global logistics business. As part of this journey, Group Finance is strengthening Finance Business Change Management (FBCM), a key capability within Finance Transformation that helps deliver SAP ERP implementation projects and finance standardisation programmes across our global organisation.
Our purpose is simple: to make change work in practice.
We lead the finance business side of SAP ERP project execution, helping ensure that new solutions, processes and ways of working are successfully implemented and adopted across the business. Working closely with IT, Finance and operational stakeholders, we combine deep solution knowledge with a strong understanding of finance processes and project delivery.
We are now looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Business Change Management Lead to join our regional Solution delivery team America and play a key role in delivering Finance transformation and rollout projects across DSV globally.
This is a hands-on project leadership role.
Approximately 85% of your time will be dedicated to leading business-side execution within Finance transformation and rollout projects. You will provide operational leadership to Finance Business Change Management resources assigned to your projects and ensure high-quality execution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
You will act as the link between Finance, IT and project stakeholders, driving alignment, transparency and progress from initial scope clarification and requirements through testing, business readiness, cut-over, go-live and stabilisation.
Working within formal project governance, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, IT Delivery Leads, Global Process Owners, Business Architects, Master Data specialists, Change Managers and regional Finance teams.
As SAP Finance Transformation Business Change Manager Lead, you will:
You have extensive experience leading Finance transformation initiatives and understand what it takes to deliver complex SAP programmes in a global environment.
You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. You know how to challenge stakeholders constructively, create clarity in complex situations and drive execution while maintaining strong collaboration across multiple functions.
We imagine that you bring:
Joining now means becoming part of an expanding global Finance BCM organisation rather than stepping into an already established setup.
You will work alongside experienced colleagues across Finance Transformation, IT and business functions while helping shape how Finance transformations are delivered across DSV globally.
With colleagues located across 17 countries, we operate in a truly international environment where expertise, collaboration and continuous improvement drive our success. Together, we are building the capabilities needed to deliver more projects with greater speed, consistency and quality while ensuring sustainable adoption across the business.
This is an opportunity to deliver change today while helping build the organisation that will support tomorrow's growth.
Please submit your CV together with a few lines about your motivation for the role. No cover letter is required.
The application deadline is 5 November 2026.

In a company with a long and successful history of mergers and acquisitions, I think the employees are great at building relations and making sure everyone feels welcome. Everything just gets better when we are all not alike.
