If you are motivated by shaping architecture at scale, navigating complex global landscapes and making a tangible impact across an entire enterprise, this is your opportunity to do exactly that.

As Senior Enterprise Architect at DSV, you step into a role where scale, complexity and impact come together. You will influence enterprise architecture across one of the world’s largest logistics companies, working across platforms, data and decisions that keep global supply chains in motion.

At DSV, your work helps connect people, systems and data across borders, enabling us to operate as one integrated digital enterprise and helping keep the world moving.

About the role

You will join our Enterprise Architecture Enablement and Solutions team. The team focuses on enabling early-stage ideas – working from ideation and business sparring through to assessment, direction setting, and implementation.

Anchored in Global IT, you will be working on some of the most transformative digital initiatives at DSV, enabling the company to operate as one digital enterprise by connecting data, intelligence, and workflows across divisions, systems, customers, and geographies.

You will have the opportunity to work on game-changing strategic initiatives like enterprise-wide data platform that provides a shared foundation for better decisions, enables smarter work, and unlocks the many possibilities of AI within our industry.

You will have a clear mandate to set the direction and play a key role in shaping DSV's future architectures in collaboration with other IT functions and our business verticals.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Set and drive enterprise architecture strategy across solutions, data, platforms, and enabling technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Shape and evolve enterprise data architecture, including governance, models, integration, and lifecycle management
  • Guide cross-domain decisions and system integration to enable scalable, standardised, and interoperable solutions
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture and drive data-driven capabilities across analytics and decision-making
  • Establish and promote standards, best practices, and compliance frameworks for data management, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide technical leadership by mentoring architects, evaluating emerging technologies, and helping ensure DSV remains at the forefront of innovation

What you bring

  • Experience in enterprise architecture, management consultancy, IT strategy, or senior solution architecture roles, ideally in complex or global environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, including governance, lifecycle management, MDM, and data quality frameworks
  • Knowledge of relevant infrastructure and technologies such as containerisation, MongoDB Atlas, relational databases (e.g. Postgres, MySQL), and Kafka
  • Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, data lakes, integration tools)
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) and their practical application
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, communicate complex topics clearly, and drive strategic decisions
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a focus on innovation, scalability, and data-driven decision-making

Nice to have:

  • Certifications such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar
  • Experience within transport and logistics or large-scale transformation programmes

What we offer

  • A key role in shaping one of the world’s largest logistics transformations
  • Direct influence on enterprise architecture at scale
  • Exposure to complex, global platforms and data landscapes
  • Opportunities to grow across functions and geographies
  • A global, collaborative environment where your contribution helps keep the world moving

Why DSV?

At DSV, your work has real impact. Every day, we move goods, data, and decisions across the world, helping businesses operate and communities stay connected. When supply chains are under pressure, we keep things moving.

As a global organisation with operations in more than 90 countries, DSV offers opportunities to grow across functions, technologies, and geographies. Here, you will work alongside talented colleagues, contribute to meaningful transformation, and help shape the future of logistics and digital innovation.
