Drive end-to-end Process Excellence and Global Transformation at FOSS

Operational Excellence is an important part of FOSS' strategy and a key enabler for several business transformation initiatives. As part of this journey, we are establishing Global Process Ownership across our core End-to-End (E2E) processes to increase transparency, accountability, scalability, and business agility.
This initiative has strong executive sponsorship and plays an important role in enabling future business transformations, including SAP S/4HANA and our increased focus on AI and digital technologies. To realize these ambitions, we are creating clear process ownership, governance, and global standards across FOSS.
We are now looking for a Process Excellence Specialist who is passionate about driving change, strengthening process ownership, and shaping the future way of working at FOSS.
About the team
You will be the third Process Excellence Specialist joining a newly established and ambitious team with a clear mission: to build and mature Global Process Ownership across FOSS and support the organization in creating scalable, transparent, and efficient ways of working.
We work closely with Master Data, Enterprise Architecture, and IT because we believe sustainable operational excellence requires strong alignment between processes, data, and technology. Together, we support business transformation through process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Your primary focus will be supporting and maturing newly established End-to-End processes, including:
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Hire-to-Retire (H2R)
- Source-to-Pay (S2P)
What you will do
As a Process Excellence Specialist, you will help establish and mature Global Process Ownership across FOSS.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Global Process Owners in developing and maturing their end-to-end processes.
- Facilitating workshops to define governance, roles, standards, and ways of working.
- Creating transparency across processes, systems, roles, and data ownership.
- Defining and monitoring process KPIs and supporting performance management.
- Identifying opportunities for harmonization, simplification, and continuous improvement.
- Partnering with Master Data and IT to align processes, data, and enterprise systems.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management activities.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to process owners and business stakeholders.

In this role, your work will help FOSS:
- Establish clear ownership and accountability across global processes.
- Increase transparency and consistency across functions and regions.
- Reduce complexity and local variations in ways of working.
- Improve process performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Strengthen decision-making through governance and performance management.
- Create a stronger foundation for future SAP S/4HANA, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is motivated by creating structure, enabling collaboration, and driving organizational change.
Ideally, you have:
- Experience with Process Excellence, process management, continuous improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation.
- Experience working with cross-functional End-to-End processes.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- A structured and analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic approach.
- An interest in how processes, data, and systems work together to create business value.
- Experience with process management tools, ERP systems, process mining, or similar disciplines.
- The ability to influence stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
Experience from ERP implementations, digitalization initiatives, or similar business transformations is considered a strong advantage. Since Global Process Ownership represents a new way of working at FOSS, we are looking for someone who understands that successful transformations require both st rong governance and effective change management.
