At G&O Maritime Group, we're looking for an Internal Business Applications Consultant to support, maintain and develop our growing application landscape while helping drive our digital transformation forward.
As part of Group Business Applications, you will support users across the Group, ensure stable operations and contribute to the implementation and adoption of new solutions. You will also play a key role in Project Navigate – our strategic transformation program focused on harmonizing processes and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the organization.
Your responsibilities
- Provide application support and troubleshooting
- Support administration, configuration and user management
- Participate in testing, upgrades and implementations
- Drive process improvements together with business stakeholders
- Create user documentation and training materials
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants and implementation partners
- Support integrations and data flows between systems
- Contribute to successful system rollouts and user adoption
About you
You have experience with one or more of the following:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV Trimit
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service or Field Service is an advantage. You are structured, service-minded, and curious by nature. You enjoy helping users, building relationships, and balancing day-to-day operations with ongoing development and change.
Fluency in both Danish and English is required.
