Join BEUMER Group’s Software Platform Team and lead the development of the core platform that powers our global software ecosystem. You’ll be at the center of enabling fast, secure, and frictionless product development—making it easy for teams to build the right thing, the right way. - in other words, you will be shaping how +270 developers build software at scale
This is a leadership role with real impact: you’ll define how we build software across the company while growing a high-performing, international team (Denmark, Germany, Poland).
Make product, project, and support teams highly effective by removing complexity and enabling seamless software development and operations.
You’ll lead a global team of engineers, set clear direction, and drive a strong platform mindset across the organization. You report to the Global Head of Platform and work closely with a small leadership team shaping BEUMER’s future software ecosystem.
We expect you to have proven experience in leading a software engineering team, either formally or informally and to have a strong grasp of modern development (DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native, security)
