We are one hummel

At hummel, being a colleague is about more than the role you step into. It’s about becoming part of a global team where passion for sport, people, and purpose connects us across functions, markets, and cultures. From day one, you are trusted to contribute. We work in a culture where ideas are welcomed, ownership is expected, and collaboration is how we move forward. You won’t be working in silos, you’ll work across teams, challenge perspectives, and help shape better solutions together.

We actively bring people together across departments through social events, shared experiences, and everyday moments. Because strong relationships and a sense of camaraderie are what turn colleagues into a team, and a team into something stronger.

You don’t need to have all the answers. But you do need the mindset: curiosity, initiative, and the willingness to learn. Because at hummel, development happens in the work you do, the responsibility you take, and the people you grow with.

We win as a team

Going the extra mile means caring, about your colleagues, your craft, and the impact we create together. It shows in how we support each other, share knowledge openly, and take responsibility beyond our own role when it matters. You’ll experience a workplace where people step in.

Where we push to improve, challenge how things are done, and continuously look for better ways forward, not individually, but as a team. Because when we succeed, we do it together.
