Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers, and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water, and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.
As part of the R&D department, this role offers lots of challenges - but the kind you thrive on. Along the way, you’ll maintain our Cleaning & Mixing portfolio with special focus on Mixing, coordinate and support design and changes, while also aiding in supply and purchasing activities. You will be a crucial resource for your colleagues, sharing knowledge and fostering mutual growth.
Essentially, you’ll develop new products that are not only superior quality but are industry leading. We’ve developed a long-standing reputation for doing exactly that and we have even bigger ambitions. In doing so, we’re open, direct, and honest. We value good communications and strong collaboration.
The position will be based in Kolding, Denmark. We anticipate approximately 5 - 15 days of travel activity per year, primarily within Denmark.
You are analytical, focused, and easy to work with, with a calm and grounded approach. Naturally curious, you enjoy learning, exploring new ideas, and developing your skills within engineering and innovation. You combine a strong technical understanding with a collaborative mindset. You work well in teams, take ownership, and are not afraid to challenge existing ways of working when better solutions are possible. You communicate clearly and effectively, making complex technical information easy to understand for both colleagues and customers. Ambitious and goal-oriented, you are driven to deliver strong results and exceed expectations.
