We are now looking for an experienced Change & Transformation Lead who can ensure that change is not only designed, but understood, adopted and embedded across the business.
As Change & Transformation Lead, you will take on a central role in driving change across some of our most critical transformation initiatives. You will be closely involved in our ongoing ERP and TMS implementation (BlueCore) and other strategic programmes, where you are expected to contribute quickly and confidently in a complex, international environment.
In this role you will be working very closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams globally, you will define and execute change strategies, build organizational capabilities, and lead a structured, scalable approach to change management. You will also work hands-on with organisational change, translating strategy into concrete change activities that support adoption and sustainable ways of working. A defined change management framework is already in partly place, and a key part of your role will be to further mature and refine this framework to ensure consistency, scalability and relevance across the organisation.

You will join the Operational Excellence team, a group of 10 dedicated colleagues working with BEAT (Blue Excellence And Teamwork) and large-scale transformation initiatives including our ERP & TMS program (BlueCore). The team collaborates closely with the wider organisation and plays an important role in shaping how Blue Water develops and improves. We value openness, knowledge sharing and mutual support, and we believe that the best results are achieved when we work together across functions and geographies.
You will be successful in this role when change initiatives are clearly understood, widely adopted and anchored in everyday work. Success comes from your ability to combine structured methodologies with a pragmatic mindset, ensuring that people feel supported throughout the transformation. By building strong relationships, providing clear direction and maintaining a strong focus on value creation, you help turn complex change into tangible business outcomes that strengthen Blue Water Shipping for the future.
We are looking for a senior change management professional with solid experience from large, complex and international organisations who can inspire, guide, and influence change at scale. You bring a strong and up-to-date change management toolbox and are comfortable working in environments characterised by multiple stakeholders, parallel initiatives and high expectations.

The role is based in Esbjerg and reports to the VP Operational Excellence. You should be able to be in Esbjerg 2-3 days a week to engage and build strong working relationships with colleagues.
