About our team
We are advising clients across the full M&A transaction lifecycle, including e.g. strategic & financial assessments, buyers dialogues, stakeholder and process management and deal execution. We focus on Danish corporates, entrepreneurs, private equity funds and investors.
As part of the global KPMG Deal Advisory practice, we work closely across disciplines and borders, leveraging KPMG’s global network and experience when dealing with international buyers and investors.
This provides a distinctive setting for you to engage with key transactions and learn from experienced professionals in a goal-focused workplace.
Your role
At the core you will be involved from early-stage analysis of companies through to deal execution. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to focus on selected industry sectors and enhance your insights for the benefit of the entire team efforts.
In everything you do you will work closely with other M&A professionals in our Corporate Finance team to ensure your continuous learning and development.
