Administrative Coordinator

Are you looking for a varied workday combining customer contact, operational and coordination tasks, and project management?

You now have the opportunity to become a key player in our Product Compliance department and help ensure that our international customers experience world-class service – from initial contact to final delivery and invoicing.

We are seeking a candidate with an office administration education or equivalent.

You will be responsible for coordination with customers regarding product deliveries and logistics and will help define the framework for smaller projects in close collaboration with our skilled specialists.

As an Administrative Coordinator your primary tasks will include:

  • Communicating with customers – primarily in English
  • Participating in project clarification and coordination with specialists, including project follow-up and validation
  • Preparing, handling, and uploading technical documents
  • Managing orders, invoicing, product flow, and logistics

To succeed in this role, we expect that you:

  • Have an administrative background and solid experience in coordination, and operational support within an international environment
  • Have an interest in and a willingness to learn about regulatory matters and our testing services
  • Possess strong IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
