Are you ready to take ownership of SAP roles and authorizations in a truly global set‑up – and lead a skilled, distributed team where structure, trust, and collaboration make a real difference every day?
At DSV, you’ll help secure and enable critical business processes across Finance IT, working at the heart of a global organization that keeps the world moving.
As Manager for Roles and Authorizations, you will head the Roles and Authorizations team within the Platform Services Department in Finance IT – Global IT. You lead a team of seven specialists based across Europe, Brazil, and India, combining people leadership with hands‑on contribution where needed to ensure quality, progress, and credibility within the domain.
You are part of the extended leadership team in Finance IT and play a key role in setting direction, priorities, and the roadmap for roles and authorizations across DSV’s global SAP landscape. Together with your team and close stakeholders in SAP, compliance, and the business, you ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access management while continuously improving processes, standards, and ways of working.
Your key responsibilities include:
At DSV, you will work in a dynamic, international environment where your input helps shape global solutions and standards — and where initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement are valued and encouraged. You will join a culture built on trust, transparency, and collaboration, with room to grow both the function and yourself as a leader.
We are open to different professional backgrounds, but we expect you to bring strong subject‑matter expertise within SAP access control, roles, and authorizations, combined with the ambition and capability to lead people in a complex, global setup.
To succeed in the role, you:
Formal people‑management experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. The role may suit a candidate with a strong expert background who has demonstrated the ability to lead through influence, drive change, and create sustainable impact on people and organization—and who is ready to grow into, or further develop in a manager role.
We accept applications until 31 May 2026, but we screen candidates on an ongoing basis, so we recommend applying early. No cover letter needed; just include a short motivation in your CV.
If you would like to know more about the role, you are welcome to contact Head of Platform Services Kenneth Bomholdt at kenneth.bomholdt@dsv.com.
Employment type: Permanent
Weekly working hours: Full-time

What I really love is that in DSV, it is entirely possible to combine having a career AND a family life. It is amazing not having to compromise – even with young kids at home. DSV gives me the flexibility needed to grow professionally while also enjoying my family.
