The Functional Consultant, Sales is responsible for ensuring that the Radiometer Sales business processes are supported and continuously improved in line with business requirements, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and release timelines.
As part of Radiometer’s journey to replace current ways of working with globally aligned processes and data, the role supports the implementation of a modern application landscape built on Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, Dynamics 365 CRM, Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and smart price management (SPM). With primary focus on Dynamics 365 CRM and CPQ, the role is critical in driving continuous improvement and support the implementation of CPQ across 30+ global Sales sites.
This position is part of the strategic business program, called DARWIN, with a primary location in Brønshøj, Copenhagen. The role is a part of the Global CRM & CPQ team, reporting to the Director, Global CRM, Collaboration & Support and is an onsite position.
Work closely together with the Business Process Managers and business stakeholders on understanding the business processes and functional requirements, to translate these into detailed change specifications.
Analyze business sales requirements and collaborate closely with functional consultants, technical consultants and architects on designing the best possible solutions to business needs to continuously improve the application support to our sales organization.
Own functional change delivery and hand-over to CRM & CPQ development team, covering change analysis, -specification and -clarification, functional testing, and solution documentation to ensure ongoing functional integrity as part of the continuous improvement team.
Become a champion for technology by creating training material and training key stakeholders in how to best leverage the solution.
Partner with Test & Validation mgr., developers, and testers throughout development and test phases to clarify requirements, validate functionality and confirm resolution of issues.
Be a trusted and proactive business partner, providing guidance and support on the use and optimization of the CRM and CPQ solutions.
A bachelor’s degree or higher.
+3 years of experience working as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or equivalent, mastering a business analyst/functional consultant ‘toolbox’, for an analytical approach to change requests, designing, configurating and implementing effective and sustainable functionality
Proficient in engaging stakeholders to gather business requirements and feedback through effective communication and facilitation.
Experience configuring D365 CRM (CE), dataverse, power platform or other low-code/no-code platforms and the ability to pick up new technologies
Experience keeping high standards and details within change specification and documentation including functional design and process mapping.
Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM and/or CPQ processes and functionality.
Being part of a global IT application continuous improvement team within a regulated industry and are familiar with GxP.
