Join us and take the helm of our global network architecture – ensuring we stay ahead, innovate boldly, and enable DSV’s continued growth across the world.

About your role: Building the Architecture That Keeps DSV Connected

As Head of Network Architecture and Development, you will lead the strategic direction and evolution of DSV’s global network landscape. Heading a team of 12+ architects and automation engineers, you will set the vision, define the standards, and drive the transformation roadmap that ensures our global network is secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business ambitions.

  • Ensure secure‑by‑design and resilient architectures that support high availability, scalability, and compliance requirements.
  • Govern architecture decisions, designs, technical standards, and technology selections across the global landscape.
  • Partner closely with operations, security, cloud, application, and regional IT teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment.

  • Skilled in translating business needs into architectural direction and governing standards across complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Experience with vendor management and technology evaluations; certifications such as CCNP/CCIE or cloud/security credentials are an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; Danish is not required.

As a person, you are known for:

  • Strategic, forward thinking mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Confident, structured decision making based on quality and sound judgment.
  • Influential communicator who can challenge, align, and bring others with you.
  • Collaborative, trust building attitude with focus on continuous improvement.
