Mechanical Product Engineer
Do you want to work with high-quality engineering, long-life products and real impact in the maritime industry? Then you might be our new Mechanical Product Engineer at Pres-Vac Engineering – part of G&O Maritime Group.
You’ll join a small, highly skilled team developing and optimising pressure/vacuum valve systems used on tankers, FPSOs, chemical carriers, and offshore installations.
Our patented valve designs contribute to operational safety and cargo protection in some of the most demanding environments at sea.
Your tasks will include:
- Creating 3D/2D drawings, manuals, and production documentation
- Managing BOMs in ERP/PLM systems
- Testing and verifying new product configurations
- Supporting Technical Sales with custom solutions
- Contributing to product development and continuous improvements
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and certification requirements
Who we’re looking for:
You’re a mechanical engineer who enjoys turning complex requirements into practical solutions.
You prefer working close to production, testing, and sales – and you take pride in delivering quality and precision.
We imagine you have:
- A master's degree in mechanical engineering
- Experience with stainless steel products and manufacturing methods
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and certifications (e.g. ATEX, MED)
- Experience with 3D/2D design (Inventor or similar), BOMs, ERP systems, and Microsoft 365
- Good written communication skills in both Danish and English
