As the Labor Relations & HR Specialist you will have a significant impact on overall performance of the HR function in Denmark advising both global and local HR Business Partners and managers on labor relations issues, Danish laws and regulations as well as Radiometer HR policies and guidelines.

You will be part of the implementation of new regulations, changes to collective bargain agreements and local agreements with our union representatives.

This position is located at our Headquarters in Brønshøj, Denmark, and reports to the Senior Manager responsible for the HR Site DK.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Advising our managers and employees on labor relations issues in collaboration with the HR team and HRBPs.
  • Collaborating with our employee representatives on various tasks and acting as the secretary to the Works Council.
  • Ensuring compliance with collective agreements, local agreements and HR legal requirements together with the HR Team.
  • Participating in sick leave and disciplinary cases in various departments at the Danish site.
  • Driving implementation of project in relation to new Danish regulations etc.

The essential requirements are:

  • 3+ years of experience with Danish labor laws and collective agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of labor relations, work councils, and employee representation.
  • Hands-on approach to HR challenges
  • Solid project management skills
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
