Your Role

Digital Buildings provides the toolbox of solutions, services, and expertise to make this happen. Right now, we need a Sales Manager ready to take the next steps on this journey.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the daily management of our Danish Digital Buildings sales operations and a team of 10 dedicated sales professionals.
  • Report directly to the Country Business VP of Digital Buildings.
  • Be based in one of our offices in Aarhus, Odense, or Ballerup, with nationwide customer engagement (approx. 30% travel) and flexibility for remote work.

This position requires a strong focus on sales management, personal leadership, cross department collaboration and employee development, consistently improving team performance while supporting the broader sales community.

What will you do?

  • Drive sales growth and ensure high customer focus across the organization.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with our business objectives.
  • Foster engagement and coach your team to perform at their best.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Buildings’ management team on strategy, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strong sales cadence through target follow-up and pipeline management.
  • Work closely with Nordic peers and other Sales Managers in Denmark to drive cross-business opportunities.

What will help you succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferably experience working with energy optimization within the toolbox of solutions, software and services.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in people management within a sales organization.
  • Strong commercial mindset and proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
